SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Destinations We ship to Romania and across Europe.
Delivery Timeframes
- Romania: 3–5 business days from the date of processing
- Europe: 7–10 business days from the date of processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Romania: 20 RON flat rate. Free shipping on orders of 500 RON or more.
- Europe: Shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For any applicable import taxes or fees outside standard EU regulations, these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
